        I visited the center in Crystal River, FL. From start to finish, this was a very professional business with friendly, qualified staff. I had the opportunity to complete my intake form online prior to my visit, which expediated the process. The Ph.D. level Audiologist, I believe her name was Dr Chen, was wonderful and provided options for a simple in-office medical procedure I required, along with a follow-up Audiological screening. I could not be more pleased. Note: I did not require any type of amplification or aide, but if I did, I would only go to a business like this, that employs licensed/certified Audiologists., and not "hearing aid" dealers or "specialists". I (am a Speech Language Pathologist, CCC-SLP and )highly recommend Gardner Audiology.
