Backwood Barns

I had two 12x24 pole barn insulated one I made into wash stalls for our horses, the other into two 12x12 stalls. We live in North Port Florida and were hit by hurricane Ian on September 29, 2022 Both pole barns survived with out any issues. Thanks James your crew did an amazing job. I just wanted to say thank you to Troy and his crew for the awesome pole barn. I would highly recommend Backwoods Barns they are an A+ company 5 Stars all the way. From my first interaction and all the way through the process they were great. They did exactly what they said in the time frame they said. They installed my 18 wide by 36 deep by 14 high pole barn with gable ends in one day!

I was told on July 24 it would take two weeks to build 7 trusses for a 30x60. Had to pay up front (which I understand). Call three weeks later. And was told they ran out of metal. How do you run out of metal when I paid you front. Another few weeks I'm on the list to get trusses made. Two more weeks the hurricane comes through. Then they called me Thursday September 14th said trusses were ready. I drive 3 1/2 hours Friday morning. And guess what. They ran out of metal again. And didn't bother calling me. I finally received the trusses September 24th with free delivery. But without bolts and screws. I'm still trying to figure out how you run out of material twice when you got paid up front for materials and labor.

The barn is very well built, the installers were Fast, polite and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. Would definitely recommend this company to my friends
