I called in the middle of the night with an emergency and Aubrey and Kyle were on it! The techs did good work in a timely manner, while being very professional. Most importantly management kept constant communication with me throughout my entire experience, and helped ease my peace of mind. A restoration company you can trust to get the job done right the first time! Would recommend KG to all of my friends and family!

KG Restoration did above-average with the work and initial comms. They kind of fell off the ledge towards the end. We live in VA and the work to be done was obviously in FL. I spoke to the owner about 3-4 weeks in advance of our FL arrival to coordinate a workday to finish the punch list. On the planned day, they arrived later in the pm and said they weren't there to work, only to gather the to-do list for another time. I texted the owner saying that I wanted to discuss my concerns with him and he didn't respond. I was planning to give a 3-star review, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wish they had finished as strong as they started. Realistically, probably a 3.5 star rating.

Big shout out to KG Restoration water damage mitigation and restoration. I had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve. While I got it stopped fairly quickly and cleaned up, thier representative Brandon was super helpful and honest in advising me on the best way to navigate insurance and repair options. They are a mom and pop organization and gave a straight up honest assessment without trying to make up a bunch of work they can charge me for. He recommended cheaper DIY options. and contractors I might need down the line. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! Service: Water damage-related mold removal

I waited a while and honestly wasnt going to post a review but I want to share my experience with this company. We had a water leak in our home that damaged a ton of walls in our kitchen/bathroom, along with all the cabinets, and even the floor and our HVAC closet. KG Restoration was called out by our insurance company to take care of removing everything that was damaged along with the mold removal. The overall quality of care that was given to our home was honestly disheartening. While doing the demo on our tile floors they caused several large gauges in our slab as well as ruined the electrical that went to our kitchen island. They also destroyed all of our baseboards (that could have been salvageable) while removing them. (I assume because its faster to destroy them?) they knocked down picture frames and broke them and then simply left them on the floor. They were moving our fridge around by pulling the freezer door handle and they completely broke our handle. All of these things were brought up to the company and we were basically made to believe that it was standard operations. Oh and when I requested that they buy us a new freezer door for our fridge, we were gaslit into thinking it wasnt actually broken, its supposed to come off like that. You could blatantly tell it was broken. Now the handle wont stay on and I have to come out of pocket to get a new freezer door on top of the fact that were still trying to recoup after all the water damage. The overall communication with this company was all over the place as well. We were originally told we would only have to be out of our home for a week which then turned into 3 weeks which was a pain trying to figure out how to have a place to stay for that long and last minute at that. I gave this company so many opportunities to make things right with our home, but overall I feel they handled our belongings and our home as if they had no value and at the end of the day no efforts were made on their part to make up for that fact.
