Gulf Coast Facial & Oral Surgery

Highly recommend!! I have really bad dental anxiety and my heart was racing and I was shaking just walking in the door to get an infected root canal tooth removed. The staff was so kind and quickly gave me something for my nerves. This was the easiest dental visit EVER. I literally went to sleep then woke up and it was over. Dr. Horne and staff are all awesome.

I would recommend them to anyone else I can be very intermediate by surgery out right scared but they took great care of me and I appreciate it so much I would go see them before I made my decision on surgery.

The best doctor I have been to in the past 20 yrs. I had been to the ER twice and my primary care doctor with very large mouth ulcers. Everytime it was a fast glance along with a few prescriptions and out the door. None of helped at all. The ulcers continue to get larger and more painful. Desperate for help I reached out to Dr Horne's office the following morning after my last ER visit. Dr Hornes office had me in their office that day even being a new patient. With a full examination of the ulcers ( me in tears for pain for the 3rd day) he then took time discussed our options. He also took time to comfort me in the situation because it has me very anxious and nervous. He reminded me how a doctor should truly perform and treat his patients. That is the first time I felt that a doctor took time that wasn't required but needed to comfort me. I want to thank him & his staff for making me feel like more then just another patient. I will always recommend him to anyone who has any mouth issues hands down.

Dr. Horne was amazing! He went over everything step by step and in detail, even went over different plans that financially made sense by helping you save money in the long run. Horne is highly recommended by multiple people and dentist and I see why! I seen Dr.. Horne in the crestview office and had the surgery done in the Ft. Walton Bch office. I had extensive oral surgery in my mind, and the pain and swelling is just as Dr. Horne and his staff stated. He caused very little trauma for the amount of work that was done for the swelling to be so minor. Very experienced. His staff called and checked on me a couple hours after I left his office. Very caring. Dr Horne will be who I come to for any work done in my mouth and will be the first person I recommend to anyone needing work done.. Thank You so much for everything.
