Gotta be the worst place I have ever done business with. We've been in new house for 18 months, had to make 15 to 20 calls for repairs and here, now, a year and a half later, still not fixed. Just had my outside receptacle start smoking and almost caught fire. On top of all that, trying to get a service order completed is like trying to find a needle in a haystack, it doesn't get done in a timely manner AND we have a 5 year warranty! If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would. Never use Clayton homes for your mobile home needs.

Not friendly with my friends this morning. She was ready to buy , but you only let her look at 2 houses. thats ok you as you are not the only place selling trailers. And judging from your 2.9. Rating I see first hand why you deserve this rating. Customer service sucks.

First and foremost do not purchase from this place. Especially if you are young, you will be talked to like you cant afford anything there...That was a red flag in itself but we gave Clayton our business. Our home was projected to be done at a certain time but ended up being 3/4 months late. We moved into our home January 2020. Everything in it was completely rushed and sloppy. The pictures attached are exactly how everything has looked from day one. In the beginning we had some issues and they were fixed. But over time weve contacted the office and were told Info will be sent to you....Well call you back....Im sending an email your way...Your warranty is up...etc Our warranty is up but we were never able to use the full benefits of it. Why werent we referred to an outside source to help with our issues? Empty words and attitude were given instead. There is more I could say but im going to stop there. I hope this helps someone from not having to go through the same thing. Side note: All of the door frames and trimming on the ceiling have visible holes from nails that were not covered up. You can see that in on of the photos.
