PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BE AWARE! Made a reservation a week in advance and notified hotel I was arriving with an emotional support animal. Upon arrival, was met with hostility from desk clerk saying I wasn't welcome to stay and handed a policy on service animals. I'm familiar with the service animal regulations and understand an ESA is NOT a service animal. She wouldn't even see the letter from my therapist whom I've seen for over 6 years for PTSD and anxiety. Being met with hostility upon arrival and denied a reserved room after driving all day, especially since they NEVER reached out prior, is beyond despicable and discriminatory service. Way to cause me MORE stress and anxiety having me leave in tears! Perhaps your staff should be trained on customer service and taught a level of compassion for people with disabilities instead of exasperating their conditions. My ESA sure knows how to handle the situation better!

I arrived late and tired so when I got to my room I sat in the little love seat and before I could take my shoes off I was knocked out. About an hour or so later I woke up and went to take a shower the towels were all on the floor except 2 and there was a dried up bar of soap stuck to the bathtub. I was too tired to complained I showered with the shower gel and went to sleep. When I wake up I notice there was hair pins all over the floor and pieces of trash everywhere. When I went down stairs to complain the lady looked so stressed I just said good morning and left. Wont be coming back here thats for sure. Sad thing is the place looks decent

I really enjoyed my stay here from March 20th checking out March 23rd 2024. My room was on the 3rd floor by the elevator. It was super clean with plenty of towels that were replaced daily. Breakfast was hot and good. Coffee was excellent. It's tucked away from the main drag. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by including the highway. I would stay here again Rooms: My room was on the 3rd floor by the elevator. It was super clean. I received room service every day with fresh towels and new coffee packs for the coffee maker. The hairs or stains or bugs like some other reviews I read. Safety: I traveled alone and felt very safe. The parking lot is well lit. I didn't see anyone Strang hanging around. Walkability: Right next door is a dollar general if you forgot to bring something. It's right there just a few steps away. On the main road which is up the hill are plenty of restaurants and my favorite store WALMART. They are building a TEXAS ROAD HOuSE RESTAURANT behind this hotel. I don't know if this will affect any traffic. Noteworthy details: This is a nice hotel. I read some other negative reviews and don't quite understand how I received such a nice room and pleasantries.
