Great establishment, must say. They were fast to get an appointment set up and I was in and out in half an hour for a biopsy. Amazing. Other places will do the, "must come in for initial exam then come back for a follow up for the procedure" nonsense. All that does is cost you more money in gas and co-pay and they get money for 2 service fees. Tricky tricky. But here they get the procedure done in the first visit. Cudos. The back patient room and the waiting room were all clean. I seen absolutely nothing that stuck out here which is good because I'm very attentive to medical uncleanliness. For their phone number, it is to the actual office building and not to a call center. A lot of the time call centers can't answer certain medical questions like what can and can't be done there and if it can be done at the first visit. It's refreshing that the number is to the office and not a call center so if you have any questions you can ask them directly and not get a potentially wrong answer.

Dr. Trapp and staff were absolutely amazing! They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Looking forward to returning!
