Philip was really great! I called him and had some questions, wanted to show him a few things. He drove all the way to my house that took him more than an hour to drive over!! He looked at the concerns that I had and gave me straight forward answers. He stayed in contact through the entire job. If you want a contractor you can trust I recommend you give Philip a call. We used this company for a huge project and have had nothing but problems with the contractor specifically Ed Hahn.....we have leaks everywhere and all the wood work is sloppy nothing looks like it should nor was it installed correctly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Services: Project management, Roof repair, Roof inspection, Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Skylight installation

I can't speak to their quality of work because I never received an estimate. The gentleman with Wade who showed up for the estimate was super friendly and nice. I was hopeful that this was going to be a great experience. He asked a lot of questions and answered ours. I told him that we have a lot of work to be done and if they would do a good job on what we wanted this time around that they would have a long time customer. I wanted to have some structural changes to the roof, new roof, roof extension, and a massive deck built. A week after the visit, I had not heard anything, I reached out and was told they had to let someone go and work was backing up. No big deal, I am a patient man. I asked him to have all the estimates to me as soon as possible and he assured me that it will be done within a matter of days. The first visit was on April 16 and we are now almost 5 weeks in and no estimate, no follow-up, nothing. Perhaps Wade does not need my business. I have now contracted with someone else and they are getting 55k to get the work done that I want with more to come in the future. Thank you for the reply to my post. There is no need for me to call and to resolve anything. The nice guy that came out was Dan. He informed me that he will put the estimate for the roof together and that the owner, I think it was Phillip, would give me the quote for the 16 by 52 foot deck and the house extension. Again, I can't speak to your quality of work but not even sending quotes is not OK.
