        Have had headaches and neck and back pain for 15 months. Started to go to Seaside Spine a few month ago very helpful. Also started non surgical spine decompression. After first visit my head p I have been dealing with was gone next day, it's a week later still no head pressure. Dr. Alex and staff is GREAT. Dawn Russell
