    I have never had to file a homeowner or auto claim with Farm Bureau so I cant speak to that but if I cant find another agent, Im switching insurance companies. Ive had difficulty reaching them when I need them despite multiple messages left during business hours, letters threatening to cancel my homeowners policy last year without any follow-up telling me they received the premium from my mortgage company. This year, Im being hounded about my insurance premium that my mortgage company showed being paid and the agent is telling me I need to call Wells Fargo to sort it out. Why am I paying agent fees when all you do is collect too much money for services I have never even used?! Ive been paying my homeowners for 8 years via my escrow account, I work overnights and Im supposed to chase down this money Ive already paid and my mortgage company shows was sent? They are completely inflexible about their auto insurance and I get zero discount for working from home and driving, maybe 100 miles a monththat is being super generous because most days I dont even leave the house. I thought agents were supposed to have your back and instead Im doing legwork for myselfgot it, thanks. Update - I have returned your calls, called Wells Fargo and provided you the check number and the date the check was cashed. You are still calling me to get this fixed when the problem seems to be with your billing office. If I cant get a new agent, I will be looking for a new insurance company.

I'm so sorry to hear that. You should have several voice messages from our office VM on 9/12/23 4:21PM VM 9/13/23 10:08am we spoke with you 9/13/23 4:59PM VM 9/18/23 5:13PM VM 9/19/23 2:08 pm and Agency manger left a voicemail for you again today to get everything straightened out.
