Katie Manor Apartments

My husband and I will be moving to Katie Manor soon and I am over the moon excited. We have been looking for a place like Katie Manor for a long time. The apartment is spacious enough for us and our little dog. We will be thrilled to call Katie Manor our new home.

Katie Manor is well-maintained, the building, and the grounds. The swimming pool is nice, as is the common area and kitchen. The apartments are very nice as well and the staff and residents are very friendly.

The three stars is for the safety of the place & the young lady name Brandy who is very sweet & polite, I havent met anyone else. I came here Sunday to visit my mom & it has literally been the worst visit ever. The people that stay above her has no respect whatsoever & whats even more sad, my mom is 73yrs old, paying rent & got to deal with the foolishness above her, that I witnessed. During the day, you hear nothing not even a pin drop. It starts at 1:30am & last till about 4:30am or 6:30am.Slamming cabinets, stomping, sound like someone be running, moving furniture or just any loud noise they can make. Thanksgiving night was the worst, it started at 11:30am & gave me a pure headache had I known the apartment number, I wouldve called the police cause thats how bad it was. It sounds like they are literally about to come through the floor. Sounded like someone was picking up furniture dropping it, scared my grandson & woke him upThis is no way for anyone to live & my mom stated shes complained about 4 times but Im confused as to why they are still doing it & thinking its okay. The young lady thats up there isnt even a resident here so that really makes me mad cause my mom takes anxiety meds before bed but whats the point when she cant get a good night rest. That noise has caused me to shorten my trip & it hurt my soul to leave my mom knowing she has to deal with that. Respect your neighbors is a big thing for me, respect that someone lives under you.Who ever doing the spraying for bugs etc. need to definitely do a better job at spraying or get some spray that actually works cause these lil bugs or lil roaches is ridiculous, especially when your home is spotless. I guess they water bugs, I dont know. I know when my home is sprayed the guy stated, if the outside is taking care of then nothing shouldnt come in. Although sometimes they will..

I've been here almost 5 yes. I never thought I'd like apartment living but I really do a great of group of people and very friendly staff
