Yesterday Jay came to my home and repaired my air by changing the breaker. Today someone else came out to clean the inside unit. He left and said I was good to go! But, I wasnt my outside unit isnt working and my home is currently 80 inside. Its ridiculous!!

Jay is one of the best repair people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is honest and his skill at determining the cause of the problem was spot-on. I would consider myself to be located at the edge of his service area, but he was quick to respond and came when he said he would. One of the most important details was that he guaranteed his work. In my case, I ended up having to call him back due to an unfortunate recurrence of the problem which was a leak in a new A/C system sold to us by another company that was less than 2 years old. Jays son, Jason, came back out after the issue recurred two months after the initial repair. I would give the manufacturer of this system a zero-star review. Jay and his crew get the full 5-star review for their efforts to resolve the poor workmanship of the manufacturer. I highly recommend TruCool. Jay as well as his son Jason, gave us extremely professional treatment in taking care of the issue that came up. As promised, there was no charge for the return visit. It is hard to find companies that follow through on their promises and back-up their guarantees. TruCool is one of those that do. If you use them, I dont thik you will ever look for anyone else.
