I can't say enough about Jessica. A consummate professional and trusted realtor advisor. We've both purchased and sold a house with Jessica and she led us down the right path both times, where we made the best purchasing and selling decisions for our family. She kept us on track, worked closely with the other realtors to coordinate everything smoothly, and went out of her way many times to help us buy and sell a house remotely from a state away. She's the absolute best in the business!!

Jessica was fantastic! My wife and I have never sold a home before nor built a home till this year. Jessica went out of her way to make the process and all of the little details involved as easy to understand as possible. She also was very upfront about everything and I never felt she was leading us astray or trying to do things that would not benefit us. We were SUPER blessed to have Jessica as our realtor and I highly recommend her!

My wife and I first met Jess in October, 2021. We recently closed on a new house in April, 2022. Jess was AMAZING, I mean totally and absolutely AMAZING. She was available via phone, email and text almost 24/7. Since we were in North Carolina and she was in Florida, she emailed us all the documents we needed in entering into a contract for a new house. She sent us the HOA agreement, blueprints, sellers agreement and many others we needed for the purchase and financing. She recommended a mortgage broker who turned out to be fabulous. We made four trips down to Florida to look at the progress of our house and she was there all but one time when she was in Colorado. But, she made arrangements to have her partner meet us. She kept us up-to-date on the construction and sent pictures so we could see the progress. She made arrangements for the closing and everything went flawless thanks to Jess. She is a fantastic real estate agent and is such an asset to Waypoint Properties. We have never had such an outstanding agent as Jess. Thank you so very much.
