        I walked in at 7:58 am to have a tire patched. There was no one waiting and only a few cars. He told me he needed 3-4 hours. I asked if he could possibly do it a little quicker, he said no! I told him every time I try to go there its an issue, even with an appointment last time. When I said maybe I wont come back, he said ok. Terrible customer service, and I will never go back, in addition, Ill tell people I know to never even try the place!

        Been going here for years and suddenly it is THE WORST! New tires purchased and was told balance and alignment were done. Not. And they would not fix it, said the right tech wasnt in that day. Then when I asked if a tires plus near by could take me in to fix it, the lovely person behind the counter replied, you can call and ask. They put my life at risk, lied andWhat happened to good customer service? If I could give -5 stars I would. Lost a 10+ year customer. Shame. Nobody will even care about this post. Bet?
