        Overall this Publix is not a bad store, this is my neighborhood store. Today was not so pleasant the customer service representative Beth made me have such a bad experience. I don't even want to go to that store anymore. I have seen her there many times and she gave me the nastiest attitude. I have never see her smile. I simply asked her for some help today she was extremely rude as I walked away I can hear speak to another person so negatively. She has such a bad energy! I will find the next closet Publix to shop at.

        I was just here grabbing my Lunch and might I say Pauline that works at the deli has the sweetest soul. When I first walked to the deli she said to me Jamaica shirt what can I get for you with a smile. She cared to all my needs and after told me You have a blessed day now. She has an Amazing Attitude and Phenomenal Customer Service, something so rare to find nowadays. God bless her
