Dr Taylor and Rose Lazard were amazing. They are so compassionate and attentive to the patients. They treat you like youre their only patient, very caring and knowledgeable! Exceptional Care and Professionalism at Sanitas Medical Center: I must say, my experience today was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Brand, along with medical assistant Ubaldo, provided me with top-notch care. Dr. Brand's expertise and compassionate demeanor immediately put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly addressed each one. It was evident that she genuinely cared about my well-being and was committed to providing the best possible care. Ubaldo's efficiency, his friendly demeanor and attention to details made me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout the entire process. I must commend Maureen, the office manager, for her exceptional professionalism, and an office thats well run under her supervision. Her dedication to patient satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Overall, my visit to Sanitas Medical Center was truly a five-star experience. Dr. Brand, Ubaldo, and Maureen exemplify the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I would like to compliment this unit, which now has an assistant who speaks Portuguese, this helps a lot for us Brazilians. I want to praise the work of Larissa who started my care and also of Dr. Santana. The absolute worst patient experience. They have an off-site answering system that has no idea what's going on because the people who answer the phone do not work on site of the office you're going to. They refer to providers as doctors when they're not, which is very confusing. Every time I call, a representative tells me something different or the call drops after 20 minutes of being on the phone and explaining your situation. Don't expect a call back; you have to call THEM back and re-explain your situation to some other random representative, which takes up more of your time. They are so beyond slow with referrals to the point where it's now affecting the care I'm receiving with my other doctor. I had to have a biopsy done and could not get my PCP to just send the referral. It took over a month and me canceling multiple appointments for the biopsy, because of how unresponsive and disorganized these people are. It's impossible to get an appointment, and I am just now finding out that even when I try to book the appointment myself (because you're better off doing it on your own) through the app, I cannot log in because my account has been duplicated. Not surprising. Nothing about healthcare at Sanitas is a smooth or easy experience. Don't bother with this place if you don't have to.
