        As an HOA you couldnt wish for a company less responsive. You try to call and the person you need is ALWAYS not available and they send to voicemail. When you request anything from them the response is typically I dont do that, you need to contact xxx instead of talking to the person sitting next to them, or forwarding to them to assist This review will do little to change the management of the communities they manage, but they do need to remember that the fees paid by homeowners come with an expectation of service and that they are not the landowners or residents, they are there to serve the community it just needs a little respect to the people pays no for their services.
