        Parkside Townhomes in Coral Springs. After repeatedly asking management for Help in Parking & Monitoring the Parking permit stickers, guest passes, unauthorized work vans/ trucks, illegally parking in front of fire lanes & towing cars that DO NOT belong here. Nothing is EVER done. There are several houses with 4-5-6 cars. We come home at night & there are NO guest spots. Everyone knows this & we fight for spots, we cant even invite company over there is NO PARKING. This is Major Problem. If you move here get used to riding a Bike

        This company charges way too much in hoa fees and acts in self interest as they make a percentage of what they charge. When the hoa fee is raised theyll blame it on insurance costs.

      Hi Jarod. We are very sorry that you are unhappy and feel this way. The HOA fees and budget are set by the Board of Directors (your neighbors) annually, not by the property management company. Our management fee is a set fee based on our contract with the association, and we do not make a percentage of the budget. Insurance costs in Florida have increased dramatically this year due to lack of carriers on the market. We strive to provide excellent service and have tried hard to keep expenses as low as possible for the residents by getting multiple bids and estimates from different vendors. If you have any questions or concerns about the budget or HOA fees, please attend one of the meetings or contact us directly.
