I was just there today and this post office has a very uneducated staff. It would be a good idea to teach them so they can help customers. The lady at the front desk said all we do is ship boxes, you have to take questions elsewhere. Extremely unhelpful due to their lack of understanding. Will never go here again

Left a vacant notice in my mailbox for not retrieving mail for 10 days, but i got the mail a week ago sent all my mail back to sender. Of course they say theres nothing they can do.

I am very grateful to the people working at the post office, I know they work hars and they do go through a lot. But every now you meet someone at that post that doesn't seem to know the first thing about what he is doing, ( I would hate to think it was something else anyone that had similar experience with the tall Caucasian bold one please speak up) or perhaps it was just a long day. I had a pre-packaged and every one know for that particular company you can use any box, I have ship packages using priority boxes since I move to the area for that company. Conveniently today it was the one day that thing was different I was in line for 30 minutes, and after getting to the counter I was the unlucky to be the first at his counter when he came to the register and of course he refused my package the same one I drop at another post office because I it wasn't true. I didn't want to make a fuss over it left with it, took the box to the next post office which no one said a thing about. I even ask and both ladies at the counter look at each and said they didn't know what he was talking about. So for whatever the reason he made me his target today it is obvious whatever his going on with him this was just another moment in his life where he added another stone in the void that he is in. Update I just found out today from another usps employee his name is David.
