Beyond Nail Lounge

If your establishment states that it closes at 7pm and and a friend and I arrive at 5:50pm to be turned away and told that no one is taking any clients when you are not required to book an appointment, I expect to be assisted especially when you advertise that you are open until 7pm. No accommodations were made by the male worker at the front desk 4/8 to assist with booking an appointment but instead were told sorry tough luck. What kind of customer service is this? Never again

You make an appointment and its pointless, they do not honor it. My appointment was at 11 and its now 11:50 and the nail tech is between two clients. The place opens at 11 and when I got here at 11:02 the tech had somebody sitting at her table. It is ridiculous and obvious they dont care about peoples time.
