        The CEO, Sonya is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was in charge of managing the move for St. James Residents while it was being renovated. Under Sonia's management it became complete chaos with numerous damage claims. Sonia refused responsibility for the damages Smooth Transitions caused. Sonia is rude and disrespectful and has no business servicing Senior citizens. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
