Michel is amazing!! I was so worried about being able to find a new apartment that I loved after my last experience with a realtor left me very underwhelmed, but Michel made it happen. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me properties that had what I wanted.Turns out that the first one she showed me is the one I fell in love with and I'm now writing this review from my new balcony in Victoria Park. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Michel was on top of it every step of the way, even telling me when I was searching for places way too early on before my last lease was up.
