        Management and staff is very nice. The store is always clean and in order. Security is approachable. Its just a nice calm shopping experience

        My wife and I recently did some shopping at the new Ross store in Ramblewood Square. The woman at the checkout was extremely rude and obnoxious. As we were waiting for her to ring up our purchase, she was making loud snorting noises through her nose that she really didn't seem to be aware of, or she just didn't care. After we paid, she made no effort to hand the receipt to us, nor did she say thank you, or even acknowledge that my wife said thank you. Instead, she called over the next person waiting, and my wife had to tear the receipt off of the register herself. How do people like this get hired for positions that deal directly with the public?
