I thank God for the day I walked into Atou's office because when I met her, I was perpetually exhausted, never had energy to do anything, and almost gave up on ever getting healthy and losing weight. Atou personalized and tailored a fat loss plan that worked for me and included foods I actually like. If you work the plan she creates for you, YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. She helps you make small changes that stack up over time so you do not feel overwhelmed. You will never be starving or hungry if you follow her plan and that is what makes it sustainable long-term. I now have so much more energy and feel exponentially better both physically and mentally. I'm 20 lbs lighter after just 3 months of working with her and I know this is just the beginning of my journey. My only regret is that I did not start sooner because I could have been living my best life years ago!

She took what was a terrifying diagnosis in my mind and delivered it to me in a way that empowered and encouraged me to fight it. If you need to have an annual physical done I highly recommend Atou at Preventative Health and Wellness. Atou took the time to thoroughly go through my blood work while being patient with all my questions. She was friendly, professional, pleasant and never once did the appointment feel rushed. She offered valuable advice and truly has your best interest and health at heart.
