Visited City Matress about 2 weeks ago. The manager Kevin Bryan helped me. Very knowledgable & did not try to upsell me on a matress l could not afford. Explained the differences in the Hybryd matresses. I felt comfortable enough with his professionalism that I purchasesd the matress that day. He went over delivery, warranties & what to expect from my matress which was the Dreamcloud. Would recommend this store highly.

In a world where good customer service is such a rare commodity, I was so delighted to discover the Excellent team of Kevin and Terri, the staff at City Mattress in Coral Springs. In my 2 trips to the store before purchasing a new bed today, I was So impressed with both of these outstanding individuals and their honesty, competence, kindness and professionalism. They were both quite knowledgeable about the different products available and patiently answered all of my questions. The entire process of making the purchase was seamless and very pleasant. The prices were far lower than not only what I found at other mattress stores, but even far less than when I purchased a similar bed 10 years ago! I highly recommend City Mattress and commend the company for hiring these two wonderful representatives of their business!! A great experience and novel chance to revisit Great customer service!!

Awesome service! Ive had a nap while waiting for the transaction to go though on the most comfortable mattresses! Kevin is an awesome associate, and we got exactly what we came for. Very happy! :D
