        The first stop looking for my daughter's prom dress turned out to be the only stop. We were lucky to have Mia help us and she was very knowledgable throughout the process. When my daughter was between two different dresses, she encouraged her to try them on again (which is where the decision was made). This being said, we will need alterations done by the seamstress they use so hopefully our experience will remain a great one. Thank you for an easy process.

        Raeann (Rayann) was was not covert with not wanting our business. She was bullish, overbearing, culturally incompetent, condescending, insensitive, and overall ignorant. She refused to hear why my friend did not wish to do business with her. I wanted to explain to her, in private, where she erred and support the rectifying of her careless and callous behaviors toward us in her shop. We were prepared to purchase multiple frocks but it was more important for Raeann to overtake us in dialogue than to secure today's sale and future patronage. As a business owner who attends multiple events, I am always in the market for my couture pieces. Our cash and credit is as green as anyone else's. Raeann missed her shot in a major way. Every client who asks me where I found my latest find will know it was NOT from Susan Rose on Sample Road in Coral Springs, Florida. This is a formal, public announcement. Rest assured, we will remain in our places---in the Class Act section. (The nerve!!!!) Good day.
