I contacted 3 adjusters listed on google near me after we noticed our floors were warping out of the blue. Only Robert at Tropical responded. The same day he found the source of the issue, recommended a repair to limit further loss and filed the claim AFTER going through my homeowners policy with me. His communication and professionalism were excellent. He was present for the inspections and represented me very well. I had almost no communication with the inspectors or the insurance company since Robert did everything. Because we hired Tropical we were paid the maximum owed to us for the loss. Robert from Tropical Tradewinds has done a great job for me and several family members. Most recently he was able to get a $50000 settlement for internal home damages.
