We love the donation pick up service! We have donated several times and always leave our items outside for pick up. Most recently, we donated furniture so I had the opportunity to be there for the pick up and engage with the 2 gentlemen, Angel & Enoch. They were professional and friendly, handling our items with care. My mother died from breast cancer; thank you for all that you do; we appreciate you!

This "charity" is NOT in need of donations and thereby, money raised from donations. This "charity" must only accept items in "New, Unused" condition. I had a gently used Modern couch from West Elm rejected for pickup due to a penny size VERY VERY faint stain. The pickup driver said the "charity" considers this "unsellable"...wow! Just wow! May shame be on this "charity" for not accepting something that could bring in ANY funds for treatment, post op or research. We will NO LONGER view this "charity" as a potential recipient when we do our yearly financial donations. We have a very large professional and social network and we will sharing this experience with EVERYONE we can. Shame on you! Just proof they are not sincerely concerned for survivors nor genuinely looking for a CURE.

I have always had my items picked up when promised, and when Ive seen the driver, he was always polite and friendly

Set up a donation pick up, had my items outside by 8am the morning of and my items were never picked up. After going through the trouble of taking the item outside and hoping theyd take it by 3pm as promised, now I have to move this heavy piece of furniture back inside because my HOA doesnt allow bulk items outside overnight. I called FBCF to see what happened and they said they went to the address provided (which was correct, we confirmed it over the phone) and they claimed there was nothing there. So dissatisfied. So disappointed. I expected more from this foundation. Never wasting time and/or a donation on them again.
