Come to this location specifically anytime that I have an issue, the Assistant Manager (who is more than adept in her position), Jennifer has always been able to solve all concerns promptly, professionally and always with a smile. Thank you so much for everything! Will continue to visit this location and use their services just based on Jennifer. Youre the best!

It's no wonder this location is at a 2.8 rating. No acknowledgement when you walk in. Only 2 people in the lobby 1 guy behind the counter helping a customer, the other employee at her desk , she gets up to proceed to hold a conversation with the customer that is already being help. I approached her and said that I only needed a direct deposit form she tells me give me a sec there is only 1 person working the front. The whole time she is talking to the customer that was already being help, she could have easily have taken care of what I needed.

There is a reason why they have a 2.8 rating zero customer service I've had it out there for at least 3 years it doesn't recognize my phone number when I call this system I have cashiers checks in my name and when I go there to cash them now they don't let me cash them they make you deposit it in the bank which I've always done and then they give me the cash now they hold it because they say it's like a personal check absolutely wrong they also issued cashier's checks to me and didn't honor the face value of the check for instance one was for $800 they said it was only really valued at 6:00 and it was their fault and they still did correct it. The worst thing don't even bother dealing with them cuz they're literally withholding my own funds and that's discrimination as well Very disappointed customer
