Excellent customer service! We have ordered from this company multiple times, most recently on October 2022. We have always had excellent customer service. Most recently an order was put in and we ordered the wrong part for our model car. The company has you send VIN when ordering and the gentleman emailed/texted to let us know that the part did not match and to get the right part ordered. Then when I was placing the new ordered I failed to hit the final button for submission/payment and the gentleman texted the next morning to let me know he had not gotten the order. Excellent customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Very poor customer service and rude managers. Ordered part was in stock then I get a message saying not available! They will blame you and ebay for there incomitance. Ordered part they took my money then sent me email saying wasn't in stock and they are holding my funds . RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

I should have checked reviews before ordering from this company and it's clear now why they are rated well below the standard. Very calmly I called this company and mentioned I wasn't aware of the duty charges of $125. The owner Shaun said to me (his first time customer who owns a performance shop btw) says that "it's common sense" that I should have known there would have been over $120 extra in "surprise" duty charges when receiving the order at my door, signifying that his customers have no common sense and then continued to say "that's the way it is" and no I can't return it without paying for shipping because I'm the one who requested the shipping, yes that was his reason. The point is that I would have added to the order or been able to make a better financial decesion based on if this company was transparent which they were not. No Shaun, it's actually common sense to mention very clearly on your website order form process and receipt that there may be additional charges when ordering out of country depending on what is ordered, size, weight etc and not to assume that they custom knows anything. This Shaun claims to be the owner. Clearly he cares about his customers Really? His orders could be 10 x if he wasn't such a chump. Which would turn into 10 x repeat business + referrals, not from me or my large network. And don't let them say something like "we reviewed the orders in our system and no one by your name matches in our system" BS as I've attached my order with out any mention of duty or customs. Many things ordered from the US to Canada have no duty charges or include them or are at least disclosed upon making the order, I don't like sneaky companies and you shouldn't either. Beware of other hidden charges. undermining innocent inquiries from customers. He could have been professional or at least have common decency to have a proper conversation about it Will never order again.

Absolutely horrible service. Stay away. Canceled my order w/o letting me know. Instead of waiting for shipment I would just order from someone else.
