Gigi was the absolute best. Its my first time at this location. I was super scared because my last wax was nearly 6 months ago but she reassured me and distracted me. It was a great experience. Definitely recommend her.

Yesterday I regrettably lost my temper with the woman answering the phone. I'd like to apologize to her for that. The reason for my frustration I realize has to do with training of staff. The technician lost out on over $200 services which for me means a $50 tip to the technician, because of a series of avoidable mistakes. 1st: I rescheduled the appointment and 30 min prior to the original time; I got a call telling me that the way the rescheduling was done was done in error. We clarified the time I wanted was 4pm on a Saturday. The woman on the phone confirmed verbally that 4pm worked. 2nd: a major accident with multiple fire trucks on 95S at airport exit was delaying my arrival to 4:09...9 minutes late. I phoned to tell them. 3rd: the woman I phoned to let know explained that 9 min after the time scheduled is exactly when the system automatically boots out/cancels the appointment. Instead of telling me this, she ought to have looked to see how she could accommodate or not my appointment. Further, she explained that the appointment was not for 4pm but 3:45, which meant that not only did the first person I spoke to, to reschedule fouled it up, which they caught, but the person who caught the error, fouled up the second timing, not putting me in at 4, but at 3:45. And I said it was f$%ing ridiculous and I would never use this center again. which upset the woman I spoke to, understandably. I shouldn't have lost my cool over such a minor thing as waxing. I traveled 50 minutes to coral gables and I was upset. But training is at the bottom line of all of this. Also the person I spoke to didn't deserve to speak to an enraged client (former). I suspect they are happy to never see me again...but I hope they do a better job training.
