Absolutely terrible experience. They messed up 3 times with the contract requiring separate revision signatures outside the already closed loan agreement. When i was informed the funds were already submitted to title company from the lender, and all that was left was to wire the funds to the seller they assured me it would be quick. Then I was informed the person in charge went to lunch and would be back shortly. By the time the funds were sent and the seller acknowledged receipt it was already 5:30pm on Friday. The HOA for the condo went home and could not verify me so my move in was a NIGHTMARE. They also didn't have the sellers give two keys. First time I ever bought a property and did notreceive two keys... They sent us a mobile notary that charged an outrageous amount for notary services, without any information about it. They were unwilling to work with modern solutions to a simple notary service and documents being signed. When in 2022 there are hundreds of online notary services that can get something signed under $75, they sent us one charging $350. This should be a cost of title. Then with the revision signatures, they expect us to pay AGAIN. They also of course had the HIGHEST CLOSING COSTS i have ever experienced. I have several homes across America and this was my first property purchase in Florida. Will NEVER use "top notch" title again.
