My mom suffered an injury from a fall while exercising in her neighborhood. She lives in a central location in Miami, surrounded by main streets and lots of traffic. Her life was negatively impacted by this accident, she was no longer able to take care of her grandchildren, she lost her front teeth and had several bruises which later we found out caused permanente damage. She is still going to physical therapy because of this accident that happened two years ago. I felt extremely frustrated and upset. She fell because of an uneven sidewalk which was never fixed.
