As a first time home buyer in this very crazy market I must say my experience with Homebridge went very well. I highly suggest working with Tyler Bahnsen! Tyler is sooooo responsive and NEVER leaves you wondering whats next. I cannot say enough about how professional and wonderful him and Iris are. I will not forget all that they did to help us not only understand how to buy a home but also guide us to the best type of loan for our situation. We got a GREAT rate, and spent less than we expected and most importantly ended up with our dream home! I HIGHLY recommend him and Homebridge.

This company is major garbage once you have a loan through them. Customer service is horrible and gives you a huge run around when attempt to request paperwork or information. If I knew this before we got a mortgage through them I would of chosen another company. There is no option for zero stars if not I would.

Keep up with your documents because I find them not trustworthy I was financing with them for a couple of years when I decided to sell I only received less than 5% of my escrow account. No one wanted to explain to me.
