        Last night we celebrated our wedding anniversary in the beautiful courtyard of the Fontana Restaurant at The Biltmore Hotel. My food was a masterpiece of perfection beef tips with cremini mushrooms and cipollini onions in a demi-glace sauce. Au gratin potatoes were on the side. Everything was outstanding.
