        Great food and atmosphere! Enjoyed the pool side lunch with family. Toured the inside lobby afterwards. Beautiful is all I can say!

        Had a light lunch at Cascade poolside at the Biltmore and it was fabulous. You cant beat the beautiful location next to the pool. I ordered Shrimp Ceviche and a Stella. The ceviche was very fresh with bits of avocado, mango and jalapeo and lots of lime juice. It was very tart just the way I like it. The chips were fantastic with a sprinkling of TejinSpicy and crunchy. They were out of Stella on tap, so I had the can, which was fine, but not as good a the tap. The service was prompt and friendly. If the rest of the menu is a good as the Ceviche, youre in luck!
