I saw Body Details when they first opened facing Le June Road across from the high school and thought about it for a long time before I finally went. Haylee was nurse practitioner and was better than I was expecting. She really made me feel comfortable and made the whole experience very enjoyable. She planned out my treatment in great detail and explained what she was going to do and then talk to me the whole way through. I am very satisfied with the care that I received, and when its time to go again, I will definitely go to this location and ask for Haylee..

Ive been a long time customer of Body Details C.G office. Facility is very clean. Staff is extremely friendly. Haylee is amazing! She is thorough, a kind soul and very easy to talk to. You forget why youre even there. She makes the laser experience pain free.

I have been a patient for over 15 years. I am not sure what has happened but there is no one at the front desk and no one picks up the phone. They schedule your appointments and then cancel them. I purchased lifetime hair removal yet I am unable to obtain an appointment that is not later cancelled. I would call if I was going to cancel my appointment. If I pick a date for an appointment is because I am available. This is disrespectful. I do not recommend this facility. I am not sure if they are all operating this way. I was told I cannot be given an appointment because they dont have my identification on file. I am the same person I was 15 years ago and my identification has the same information as I still live in the same address. This place should close down stat.
