We had Doctors health care plan on 2020 the OTC was terrible, that whole year neither my husband or I got what we order, we will get 2 or 3 out of 8 or 10 items. 2021 swish to Humana. Best OTC ever This year 2022 went back to Doctors not to loose a doctor friend that wouldn't take Humana anymore. (bummer) we place 2 orders already January & February, same story then I call speak with a person( really) requested what we were missing but receive junk that we don't ask for or use. We only order what's on stock but it doesn't make any different. We get a get box with 2 items inside. Spent 1 hour on a call describing what was missing and get pain killer pills that of course we don't use instead of the vitamins we order. I been planning for six days this is March 2022 if I should give it up for good, or continue the same game again, order online, wait 14 days get whatever they want to send, call, complaint, wait again get the package the following month open it!! ( Not what we need) to Wal-Mart we go. Can't stand CVS pharmacy.

I had the privilege to speak to Marcelo in customer service today. As always he was pleasant and extremely helpful. It makes calling for answers one less stressful experience dealing with Healthcare. My only complaint about the plan is waiting for authorizations. Sometimes is takes over a week and a half. It may not be urgent to the insurance company but to any patient if you know something is wrong it is urgent to them.
