        I had my homeowners policy through this agency for years, huge increases every year. Last year, I paid over $8k for a small older home. I asked them to see if Citizens was available for us, and they said no. Went with a new agency that got us a Citizens policy that was almost 50% cheaper for better coverage. They are out for their pocket, not yours.

        I called the office to renew my policy as Ive been with this company for almost 8 years ,kAyla was very nice and friendly on the phone but I tried to explain that my boyfriends car insured with Geico is cheaper,if I can get better deal but I heard the manager on the phone (CHRISTY) asking me to contact Geico .I cant believe how disrespectful and unprofessional she treated me .
