Its okay! Great customer service. Limited scope of services . Got a quick pedi. I wouldnt come for like a full callus treatment or expect anything too complicated but its good for when youre in a pinch and want to sneak in self care between class.

Worst haircut Ive had in years. She did not listen to me when I told her what I wanted. She was listening to music and singing. I showed her a picture of how I wanted it and she glanced at it for less than a second and started cutting.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I got a gel pedicure and dip powder manicure. The gel pedicure wasn't too bad; however, I am used to foot scrub, callus removal, lotion and a massage. As for the dip powder manicure my experience was far from great. For starters, the main reason I ger dip powder is because I feel it's less damaging in the removal process because they soak off. The nail technician went to drill off the current dip powder that I had on and I asked her "oh wait, you don't do soak offs?" she then replied "no, I drill because it's faster." She then overdrilled every single nail. The drill was too intense for my nails and despite me constantly saying ouch and letting her know I was in pain she continued to drill every nail at the same intensity. She spent nearly 5 minutes on each individual nail, to me it felt like forever. She even chipped my nails multiple times while drilling them!! In the end, my nails did look nice and I was satisfied with the way they looked. But my nail chipped the next day! Mind you this is dip powder which is known for being extremely durable and hard, I have never once had my dip powder chipped. I decided not to go back and get it fixed because of the pain I was throughout getting my nails done. I eventually got the dip powder removed from my nails and my nail beds are extremely damaged. It's going on a month and a half since I got my nails and I still am letting my nails grow out due to the damage. Golden Touch does not prioritize high-quality and nail health. Oh and I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to final be seen.

Dalton gave me an amazing haircut, but expect the place to run behind, even if you have an appointment. The first time there, I waited about half an hour after my appointment time. Second time, there was someone in the chair and another person ahead of me and I couldnt wait, so who knows how long I wouldve waited. Ill come back, but its probably best to book an appointment early in the morning before they get behind. I value punctuality, which is something that most people in this city seem to not care less about. If you dont mind waiting and have flexibility, good place to go. If you value your time, making an appointment seems mostly pointless.
