Sabrina was an amazing help. I was a bit indecisive and she was so attentive and informative. Great customer service and beautiful shop. I left my sunglasses behind and they called me moments later and brought them outside. 10/10!

Thieves sold me fake hair when I took it in and told me they couldn't change it because it was open where it was the same employee who opened it. The black-haired Venezuelan at the entrance is a more rude person, I politely asked her to change my hair and what she did was treat me poorly verbally. Don't go here unless you want money stolen. Thieves who are brazen.

They are thieves, they have real, natural sample hair and the ones they sell you sealed are fake, they have a shine like a wig or hair from a mannequin and I didn't open it, the employee opened it, when I went to exchange it for natural ones they didn't accept me changes or returns. Thieves, I told them, check the cameras and say that they don't focus on the part of the box that was where the employee opened them because it wasn't me, the rude Venezuelan woman at the entrance didn't show any desire to help, she didn't call the manager or anything, she told me He raised his voice all the time and What!! He didn't solve anything, he treated me very badly when at all times I was in good shape. Don't buy here unless you want to waste almost $600, which is what the hair trash cost me.
