I called this institute to schedule an appointment and the sweetest woman answered the phone (Daniela) she was such a great help to schedule my appointment and answer all my questions. Im so happy I chose this place to see Dr Puyana !!

I traveled with my wife from Lakeland-Orlando for the appointment with the Dr. I drove more than 5 hours to get to the appointment since we wanted to make the appointment in person. The Dr. and his nurse are very professional and clarify all kinds of doubts. They are kind and honest, the attention of the secretary who is at the front desk leaves a lot to talk about, she basically told us that there was no system and that is why the coordinator (who never contacted us) could not give us the estimate, it has been more of 15 days and they have not even contacted us, we have even tried to contact us via E-Mail and Telephone and the response has been NULL, we want to thank the Dr for his time and his professionalism, but we feel that our time was not valued.

I am the happiest woman in the world. My surgery was a success! The results were better than I expected. They have treated me and my friends with great professionalism, personally I am very happy to have chosen this surgery center as my place of trust. I recommend it with my eyes closed. Thanks to all the staff for taking care of me.

I usually do not leave Google reviews, but PSI Miami really deserves this one. The staff at PSI Miami recently went above and beyond to resolve a recent issue that I had, accommodating my changes in circumstances, even though they did not have to. They showed me that they are an office who truly cares about the individual circumstances of each patient--even if it does not benefit them monetarily. You cannot say this for a lot of plastic surgery offices. A special thank you to Dr. Ghersi, and his patient coordinator, Jossie, and the Office Manager at PSI Miami. You all are truly kind-hearted and amazing individuals!!! 100/10.

My experience at PSI Miami has truly been more than I could have imagined. With this being my first elective procedure, I was very nervous. From booking, coordinating, pre-op, anesthesia, the medical assistant, the masseuse, and everyone at the front desk they did an unbelievable job at making me calm and comfortable. Dr. Ghersi is so patient. He truly listened to my vision while making me comfortable and let me just say.. he DELIVERED! Everything was clean and state of the art. I am so so happy with my experience with this Surgeon and his team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
