The Outliers Real Estate course will leave you more motivated each class than the previous, it's truly an incredible experience! You will notice right away that you are going to learn a lot if you immerse yourself in the class material, lectures and tools. Leonard is a very straight forward teacher and he is very personable. He teaches you all the ins and outs that brought him great success in his 20+years of experience. I have now purchased my first rental property thanks to the knowledge that was provided to us. Leonard still frequently answers any questions and helps where ever he can even after the class has finished. I feel a world of difference in confidence and am excited about this investment journey. I have had the privilege of knowing Wayne Eldred the instructor since 1997! We attended Florida International university together and formed a lifelong friendship. Over the last few months Wayne asked me to attend his class and I finally decided to sign up. It was the best decision I could have made. It took me a little over an hour to drive to each class and it was definitely worth it. I am so glad I took the class. I highly recommend this course, a hands-on opportunity to work with Mr. Wayne Cameron Eldred, the Director & Founder of the Outliers Institute. He shares his abundance of experience in the hospitality business through covering topics like self-development, leadership, sales and innovation throughout the semester. While enrolled in this course, I looked forward to be in every single session. It was a great experience to network with professionals.

Signing up for the Outliers Institute was the best decision I made. At first I had zero interest in attending. I found out that it would take me one hour and five minutes to drive to this institution. I was like hell no Im not doing that. I am happy that I made the right choice. The instructor Wayne Eldred was amazing. The topics that he covered in this class made huge impacts in my life both professionally and in my personal life as well .He teaches self development, leadership, hospitality, management sales and innovation. Every Lesson he taught in the class would include stories of events that took place throughout his hospitality career. You get to learn about realistic day to day challenges in most businesses and how to help overcome those challenges . He teaches cool information that will help you become successful. I leaned that one of the secrets to becoming successful is to always work towards fixing yourself first before trying to fix others.
