The doctor is simply there to sell prescriptions. Didn't take the time to really investigate my condition or ask questions regarding it. Wanted to put me on 2 different steroid creams plus a maintenance one and was already recommending dupexlin shots although my skin condition has almost receded to a pulp with changes I've made in diet and at home. Dr had so many patients in the office, shes in a rush to get them in and out and sell what she can.

Ana Duarte she is horrible I don't recommend this office and this doctor to anyone. Horrible person very rude don't waste your time chose another dermatology doctor....

Apparently shes famous/popular because I waited over 3 months for my appointment. Visit was fine I didnt wait long she was nice to but in a hurry I didnt get to really discuss all my issues cause she just finished and left her assistant but the REAL problem is THAT THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!! I got my medication and one of them I have not been able to get because of insurance issues! Trying to get ahold of them has been a nightmare and I still dont have my new prescription with a new pharmacy THEREFORE its been 2 months since I went to my appointment and still havent been able to start MY COURSE BECAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK OR ANYTHING!!!! Horrible
