I had a great experience with Dr. Giuffrida + staff. I went in to have a cyst removed from my arm- it was painless, quick, and my stitches look very nicely done- scar will be tiny. Also, everyone is so kind. 5 stars!

After my appointment being rescheduled at the last minute not once but TWO times I was finally able to have my procedure done. About 6 months after initial consultation. Dr. Giuffrida was absolutely as great as many other reviews suggest. ***** FIVE STARS FOR DOCTOR GIUFFRIDA ***** My issue was with the front desk office staff. After paying for my procedure in full at the office approximately 3 weeks later I received a bill from an out of state lab for close to $400.00, a charge that they neglected to inform me about. I reached out to the office upon the receipt of this in my opinion, extremely high lab charge, and why was I not informed of this possible charge. They were less than caring and failed to take accountability for the lack of patient disclosure. The office kept saying "your insurance, your insurance, your insurance" That was NOT the point! They did give me the number to the Derm group billing department who also found the charge was high and wondered why a local lab was not used. Ultimately I'm reasonable for this fee and will be paying it. They have apparently informed the office that going forward patients need to be informed about ANY and ALL possible charges that might arise. Hope this helps.

to all out there about to battle skin cancer-DR GIUFFRIDA and HIS STAFF are amazing for lack of higher praise. this is my second bout with cancer-first time w a serious skin cancer. what started as a blemish the size of a pencil eraser that popped up on my face turned into a much larger tumor under the surface-almost 3" of my face that had to be cut out. think about that for a minute......dr giuffrida worked on me all day 9am-730pm to eliminate my cancer-get clean margins-and some how put my face back together again. i am not an easy patient when told "you have cancer and not only do we need to cut your face open but you also need to go back for radiation treatment for the 2nd time in your life to give you the best chance of survival". and i never take the time to post reviews-but i am eternally grateful to these professionals and truly caring individuals and the only way i know how to show my appreciation is to spread the word and publicly thank dr giuffrida and staff for helping me through this-physically and emotionally-i am forever grateful. if you have to face skin cancer at some point in your life-and i hope you never do-go to dr giuffrida-let them fix you-please. thank you.
