        Uber ordered and no utensils given even though they were requested. No condiments (ketchup for French fries, etc) and the blintzes were a mushy mess in the container. Bagel was entirely stale but the chicken salad was delicious

        This diner is a hidden gem. the nova lox platter is great. Fresh coffee and orange. They serve great sandwiches and bagels Don't miss the mushroom barely soup or matza ball soup.

We regret that your Uber order wasn't to your satisfaction, however, Uber Eats has some responsibility to ensure the orders they take are delivered accurately. Oftentimes, their drivers don't put any effort into checking the details of their orders and things might be missing. It's unreasonable to lay the entire blame on the restaurant for deficiencies in their orders. If you're unhappy with the food, please contact Uber and complain that the food wasn't to your satisfaction, but we always pack fresh food in our takeout orders. Hopefully, you'll give us the chance to serve you in person where you'll have a much better dining experience.
