I was recommended Grove Bank and Trust to deal with a guardianship account. These types of accounts are complex given the various approvals and court orders required but Barbara, de Assistant VP at the Coral Gables branch, managed the process smoothly. She made sure to liaise with all the required parties and request the documents each would need in advance, so that when the time came to open the account, it was completed in a matter of minutes. She was also very personable throughout the process and her response time to queries is almost immediate.

This branch of Grove Bank & Trust literally saved my business (a humble grassroots yoga studio) during the Covid pandemic. My requests for disaster-relief fell on deaf ears at my national big-name bank, even though my business account had been in excellent standing for over ten years. My team at Grove Bank & Trust in the Gables is SOLID: courteous, professional and unpretentious. I'll be forever grateful to them.

There are not enough kind words. Far and away the best bank in South Florida. Ana, Barbie, Eric and the the rest of the wonderful bankers at this location really make banking a pleasure with their knowledge, friendliness and attentive manner. They have been uber helpful and done miracles for us and our businesses for years. When there is an issue you get a phone call and speak with them directly. They are never too busy and always provide the service and dignity all people deserve. They have gone above and beyond in helping us through the multitude of issues that came up during the pandemic. Whether its attaining a low interest loan or simply banking and knowing an institution has your back, no bank comes close. Grove Bank and Trust in Coral Gables is the best and most helpful and knowledgeable banking institution in not only Florida but nationally as well. Thank you.
