        Horrible experience with Thomas Garland. Charged me more than I received on last years tax return. Said he would discount it by $50 and tried to back out of it by saying we needed to “prove” he said it. Luckily it was via email so we had it. Rude and unprofessional in emails, wouldn’t recommend to anybody.
