I retained this firm in October and come end of May, all I did was wait. The case couldve been pursued differently, but no time limits were set to get things resolved. All I did was wait 7 months and when I called for an update this week the receptionist explained the workload was much and suggested I take a refund and find a new law firm. I took him up on his offer. This is a firm I will not be recommending to friends or family.
