Amazing product and service. I purchased both, the whole home softener with carbon and the water filter since the water quality is a concern in Florida. The service guy arrived on time and installed both in just about 2 hours. He also connected the line from the filter to the fridge at no additional cost! Very professional. I cant express how happy we are. The odor has disappeared and the water tastes great! Taking a shower with softened and purified water is a charm. I no longer have to carry heavy bottles and boxes with water from Costco and Walmart! I highly recommend this product and the company. Our familys health is first priority. Thanks Sorso!
